Personal data that we process, base and purposes
Customers
If you enable us to rent a property, we ask you to provide us with the following personal information:
We process this personal data, and other data that you voluntarily provide us with, to assist you in the rental of your home. The basis for this processing is to execute the agreement that you have entered into with us.
We ask you for the copy of your passport or identity card because we are obliged under the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Wwft) Act to identify our customers on the basis of the original proof of identity and to record the details thereof. We make the BSN number unreadable because there is no legal basis for processing it.
If you involve us for the purchase or rental of a property, we request that you provide us with the following personal information:
We process this data, and other information that you voluntarily provide us, to assist you in finding and buying or renting a home. The basis for this processing is to execute the agreement that you have entered into with us.

Payment details
If you provide us with an order, we also process information that is necessary for sending an invoice for the services provided by the Broker and receiving payments (such as your bank account number). The basis for this processing is to execute the agreement that you have entered into with us.
Potential customers
We also process personal data from potential customers. From visitors to our website who fill in the search form provided on it, we record the following data:
From potential customers who approach us in other ways – such as by e-mail, telephone or by issuing a business card, we process the data they leave with us. This concerns the contact details that you provide to us and the reason why you contact us (for example because you have a question).
We use the contact details you provide to contact you if necessary, for example to send you the results of a search or to answer a question. We process these personal data because this is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest, namely the importance of being able to carry out our work and obtaining new assignments.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Administration
We keep our records, including invoices and other administrative documents on which your personal data are mentioned, for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in order to comply with the fiscal retention obligation.
Copy of passport
We keep the copy of your passport or identity document for a period of five years in order to comply with the obligation to retain in the Wwft.
Other contact details
We keep other contact details for two years after the last contact, unless you have previously submitted a request to us to delete it.

The data about website visitors is stored two years after the visit to the website, these are the default settings of Google Analytics.
With whom do we share your data?
We may provide the information you give to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the above described purposes.
