Renting through Rent2day Real Estate

Rent2Day has a large variety of rooms, studios and apartments. If you are interested in viewing one or more objects within our offer, please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment.

Our Procedure

To give you the most efficient service, we use the following procedure:

  • Make your interest known by responding online at the property you want to visit
  • Provide us with your personal information by filling in the registration form
  • Let us contact you to schedule an appointment

If  you are interested in renting a property, we will contact the landlord. Therefor we need the following (additional) information:

  • A copy of your passport
  • A proof of your financial capacity such as an employment contract, a recent salary statement and / or a recent employer statement.

Rental Agreement

After approval of the landlord we will set up a tenancy agreement. We will also provide you with an inspection report at the check in of the rented property.
